Baby Fever
What's new with me since yesterday? Not much. Worked my tail off today and I'm so excited about a long soak in the bath (maybe with a nice drink...hmmmm). I was reading from one of my fave blogs listed on the right side of my page. She was talking about her & her daughter's huge fear of bugs. I about peed my pants. I don't really have a fear of ALL bugs or even most bugs. I do, however, have a monstrous fear of crickets. All crickets (not grasshoppers for some odd reason that I cannot explain)...especially those black ones and the Japanese crickets (that's what my Dad calls them). I call them "Devil Crickets"...they are ALL devil crickets. They are completely disgusting and jump all around like they're on crack...they give me shivers just thinkin' about 'em. Anyway, I was completely amused with the story.
In other news, Sebastian is finally getting his pics taken tomorrow. My best friend, Sarah, is the lucky photographer. I'm excited to get to snuggle on her going-to-be-one-year-old-in-eleven-days little boy (click here for some scrumptious Kanon pics). Hopefully, Sebastian, 2 & Ava, 3 will play nice--haha. She sent me some pics from a birth session yesterday that I have absolutely fell in love with. But, I always fall in love everytime she sends me newborn pics. (Or pics from any age which is younger than Sebastian.) It just so happens that every "age" is my favorite age. When he was just a sweet little angel and I just rocked him for hours and hours or when he was cooing & making new sounds, learning to become mobile or crawling all over the house & pulling himself up on furniture or toddling on unstable chubby little legs or learning new words and putting sentences together. I will always love all those stages and I never look forward to whats to come...lol, yeah I'm a liar, but I hate wishing his perfect little life away.
