City Wide Cleanup!

As I drove through our town today, all I could see were streets lined with piles & piles of tree limbs and yard scrap. It's massive! We began to cleanup our own yard today, also. The back yard is just completely scattered with fallen limbs and we can barely get out of our drive due to the gigantic piles. Hopefully, we be able to get everything cleaned up soon (if the weather stays somewhat decent) and get Sebastian a swingset. He loved being outside this afternoon. I hope that he & I do not pay for it tonight/tomorrow due to all the smoke from everyone in town burning their brush piles. He loved helping his Daddy and was trying to drag limbs bigger than him.

"Dat hot, will burn Ashon" - Sebastian

Earlier today Sebastian had his valentine's party at daycare. He was so excited that I got to stay with him and not go to work. Ms Kristal, Ms Kayla & Ms Stephanie helped the kiddos decorate their boxes and all the kids lined up to pass out the cards that they had brought. I was surprised to see Sebastian knew who each and every kid in daycare was by name. I don't know why I thought that he wouldn't being that he's at daycare 4 days each week. It was a fun party and I loved being able to see Sebastian interacting so well with everyone. He's such a bright little and really so well behaved. I was proud to be his Mommy!!

I love that big Sebastian smile.Sebastian passing out his valentines.

We didn't get to stay long at the party because we had to go get checked by Dr. Dye. Sebastian's tummy has been upset the last few nights, during the early morning hours (between midnight & 3am). I found him in the kitchen Tuesday morning after I heard him crying out for his Mommy, he said, "I fwoed up"! He had a little stomach bug on Tuesday, which passed after about 12hours and was good all day Wednesday, but early a.m. Thu & Fri he threw up. Just in the a.m., and has been fine all the rest of the day. Anyway, Dr. Dye said he was just having a sensitive tummy and he's got some post nasal drainage going on, which is causing him to get sick. He prescribed a little Zantac and we hope to make it through tonight with changing all his bedding again. He loves to go to Dr. Dye's office; that's all he talked about this morning...until we got there and after they called his name to go back, he said, "Dr. Dye scous me". LOL!!

I love his new haircut...well, trim!!
David & I both love it long.

My Reason to Blog...

Sebastian...the absolute love of my life. He is our currently only child. He is almost 3 and is as independent as they come. He loves washing his hands & swinging. He would live outside if he could. He's developing a love of thunderstorms from his Mama & Daddy. He looks adorable in flip flops. He loves talking on the phone. He has gorgeous blue eyes & dashing dimples. His favorite thing to eat is fruit or Starbursts. He sleeps with his blue snowman blanket wankwie. He loves to be tickled or chased. He loves his Mama & Daddy more than anything!
