Walking Downtown

Sebastian & I decided to take a walk downtown. Downtown is, in fact, about six blocks from our house. I was off work a few hours early, it had rained a bit & felt a little cooler outside, so we took off {camera in tow, of course}. Then, the sun comes out & the cooler breeze turns to blazing heat. Thankfully, downtown isn't very far away. I love the old warehouse by the tracks so Sebastian so sweetly posed out front for me. He is so cooperative & my greatest inspiration! I get carried away {as usual} & end up with a bunch of pics, which I am totally cool with. Sebastian doesn't mind and generally is smiling & saying "cheese" without paying a bit of attention to the camera - just second nature I guess - lol!!! He did lose his spiritedness for a few moments when a train went by & nearly deafened us...those pics would have been priceless had my hands been available from protecting his poor little ears.

Well, I always loved looking at old pictures of my parents & family and in fact, one of my fondest memories of my {great} grandparents {my Granddad dabbled in photography} are of photos that he had taken of his family. I hope that Sebastian and his children will get that love from me, because I definintely can provide them with a complete documentation of his life {nearly day-to-day since birth} - hahahahaha!!!!! {I'm serious!}
