Future Photographer?

My little Sebastian has been sick with strep this week. He has really felt bad. Today I think he started to feel a little better and I have been able to keep his temperature down. After Daddy bathed him and I got him all ready for bed, we played for awhile in his room. He had a blast playing with my old camera and he took tons of pictures. They were all, of course, works of art. Maybe one day he will become a photographer!

More Fun at the Park

We are definitely park people hahaha! This afternoon we took a stroll thru the park and Sebastian chased down a few squirrels (no need for dogs at our house). He had fun swinging and sliding and he loves his Daddy to play with so much. His favorite thing to do at the park is swing (and swing and swing and swing) and to ride the merry-go-round. He ♥'s for his Daddy to push faster or swing higher - he's like a little miniature David. We had a good day! ☼ ☼

Rendevous in the Park

Sebastian finally had his pictures taken today by our good friend Sarah Kingree. He was absolutely perfect and so cooperative even as hot as it was outside this afternoon. She said she got some amazing shots of him and judging by the few she sent me, they are perfect! I have included a few shots below. After the big photo session, Sarah picked up her three kiddos, Adyson, Ava and Kanon and we all headed out the park. Sebastian loved playing with the girls and he wasn't really too sure what to think about Kanon. I got plenty of pictures of the kids playing and can't wait to see all the pics from Sarah. Sebastian thinks that Ady & Ava are two hot little girls and he can't wait to play with them again. I think everyone had a great time!

Can you say PICTURE ADDICT

My husband says I need to get some help - find a support group - because I am too obsessed with taking Sebastian's picture. I just stick my tongue out and ignore his opinion because the way I see it; he'll be grown like next week (hahaha) and he'll only have that expression or that look for second and I need to collect every one that I can. It's easy to say, "I'll never forget when...", but when I'm old and my memory is slow, I'll need some visual stimulation to help me get back to that moment all over again!!! And even though he is a boy, he'll appreciate this someday - maybe not until he has one of his own - but someday!

Some of my favorites

Yesterday we played outside with Sebastian until almost dark. I got tons & tons of pictures of him. Although I got some really great shots of him, I have to confess of the hundreds of other pics that I couldn't salvage. I don't think I'm gonna be opening that photography studio any time in the near future hahaha! Well, these are some of my favorites...until we go see Ms Sarah today then I'll be posting some really awesome pics - stay tuned.
